Terms & Conditions

All bookings made with Trade Show Planners & Experts LLC (TSPE) are subject to the following terms. By confirming a booking, the Client acknowledges and agrees to this policy.

1. General Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email and are only considered valid once acknowledged by TSPE.

2. Cancellation Terms

Cancellations are calculated based on the number of days prior to the scheduled arrival (check-in) date:

• Fourteen (14) or more business days prior to arrival: Cancellations may still be subject to supplier charges, penalties, or non-refundable conditions imposed by third-party providers.
• Between thirteen (13) and seven (7) business days prior to arrival: Up to fifty percent (50%) of the total booking value will be non-refundable.
• Six (6) business days or less prior to arrival: One hundred percent (100%) of the total booking value is non-refundable.

A minimum cancellation fee of twenty-five percent (25%) applies to all confirmed bookings.

3. No-Show and Early Departure

No refunds, credits, or adjustments will be issued in the event of:

• Failure to arrive (no-show)
• Early departure or unused services

4. Amendments and Changes

All amendment requests are subject to availability and supplier approval. Changes requested within fourteen (14) business days of arrival may result in additional charges, supplier penalties, or rate differences.

5. Supplier Terms

TSPE acts as an intermediary between the Client and third-party service providers such as hotels. Supplier-specific cancellation and amendment policies may apply and may be more restrictive than TSPE’s policy. In such cases, the stricter policy shall prevail, and the Client agrees to be bound by such terms.
